Form fitting workout wear that allows unobstructed movement is best. It is paramount that all unmentionables are covered and one feels comfortable and at ease.

Shoes are not worn in studio (we have cubbies to store them during your session). Socks with a grip on the sole are required to protect the feet and keep the feet from sliding on the equipment. An excellent quality grip sock will be available for purchase in studio ranging in price from $18-$22.
